Stick & Puck
Stick & Puck sessions are designed for individual skill development. Bring your own stick and pucks, get on the ice, and sharpen your skills.
Stick & Puck offers unstructured ice time where you can practice at your own pace. It’s the perfect opportunity to work on:
- Shooting
- Passing
- Puck handling
- Skating
Whether you’re shaking off the rust or building confidence before joining a team or drop-in game, this is your space to focus and improve.
There are no formal drills or gameplay—just room to train, experiment, and get comfortable on the ice. Bring your own gear, and feel free to come with a buddy or coach if you'd like extra guidance.

Cost & Details
Admission: $20 per participant, per session.
Spots are limited to the first 28 participants and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rules & Requirements
Coaches - Helmet, gloves, skates, and a stick are mandatory.
Players - Wear full gear, including a helmet with a full-face shield.
All participant must have a 2025–2026 USA Hockey number
Full equipment is required
Organized games are not allowed during Stick & Puck sessions
Checking is not permitted
Players must be under 18 years of age
Neck guards are required
***Please keep the ice and dashers clear until the Zamboni is off the ice and the doors are fully closed
